The Principles of Good Corporate Citizenship set out our company’s responsibility to
our stakeholders, who are:
• Shareholders / Investors
• Workers
• Communities
• Customers and business partners
• Governmental bodies
• Non-governmental organizations |
These principles also define the codes of conduct that govern our company in the
following 4 areas:
Business integrity
and ethics, declaring our support for free
enterprise and outlining our economic commitments
to our shareholders, our employees and to society
at large.
Corporate Citizenship, supporting
the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and pledging
to contribute to the economic, social and educational
well being of neighboring communities.
Employment and labor rights, declaring
our company’s commitments to its employees,
especially in regard to fair labor practices, equality,
the right to freedom of association and continuous
improvement.
Safety, Health and Environmental Stewardship,
expressing our commitment to developing new programs
in these areas. |
