Chagres “Open Doors”
Program

In order to increase
the transparency of its operations, the Chagres Division
implemented the “Puertas Abiertas” or Open Doors program,
through which interested individuals, public authorities
and even communities can learn about their processes,
visit their facilities and ask questions.
The program began in 2004 with the families of company
employees and expanded in 2005 to the families of our
suppliers’ and some local inhabitants.
