Mantos
Blancos Division
Located in Region II, 45 kilometers from the city of Antofagasta
and at 800 meters above sea level.
This facility includes an open pit mine, crushing plants
and installations for processing oxide and sulphide ore.
In 2008 it produced 87,734 tonnes of fine copper, including high purity cathodes and
copper concentrate.
The Mantos Blancos Division has approximately 1,337 workers, including company
employees and external operations and project contractors.
