Organizational climate
|

Every two years, our company conducts a survey of the organizational climate and the
results are used to identify the best actions required to promote a harmonious and
satisfying work environment in each workplace. Our actions in this area include:
• Recognition
and Rewards Policy, which sets a common,
objective basis for
measuring performance.
• Communications Improvement Plan,
which establishes the appropriate
reporting
channels for all workers, collecting their concerns,
clarifying objectives
and
communicating goals.
• Open Line, a confidential phone
line created to channel the concerns of
employees,
contract workers and suppliers and denounce potentially
improper
practices.
• Agreement signed with the Chilean Labor
Board, to safeguard the labor
rights
of our external contract workers.
• Development of a Verification System,
aimed at ensuring that the labor rights
of
all workers are respected |
