Every two years, our company conducts a survey of the organizational climate and the results are used to identify the best actions required to promote a harmonious and satisfying work environment in each workplace. Our actions in this area include:
Recognition and Rewards Policy, which sets a common, objective basis for
   measuring performance.

Communications Improvement Plan, which establishes the appropriate
  reporting channels for all workers, collecting their concerns, clarifying objectives
  and communicating goals.

Open Line, a confidential phone line created to channel the concerns of
  employees, contract workers and suppliers and denounce potentially improper
  practices.

Agreement signed with the Chilean Labor Board, to safeguard the labor
  rights of our external contract workers.

Development of a Verification System, aimed at ensuring that the labor rights
  of all workers are respected
